Meet Jon Neville. He will be working in the capacity of BG Talent Agent, helping to make sure every order/ opportunity gets the attention it deserves.
Jon comes from within the L.A. Entertainment family. He has experience in both the production/performance side of this business. Jon started his journey into the film/television world in his 20's as a cash background back in 2004 and within a year became one of the youngest Armorers in Canada.
Jon was an Air Cadet as a young boy. The core values instilled in him by his own family and the cadet program (leadership, teamwork and dedication) are exactly what helped shape the person he is today and built that incredible character and resilience he has demonstrated.
Jon embraces the spirit of service. Guided by the ad astra motto of the Royal Canadian Airforce -which inspired him as a young Air cadet, Jon is driven in his professional life to create the space to uplift our community to rise alongside him and reach for the stars.
Out of the ashes rose a phoenix...and faced with adversity and overcoming through sheer courage, determination and hard work--he has risen to accept this challenge. We are sure he will help take L.A. Entertainment well into the future for many more years to come.
Jon joined us August 25, 2011 and was referred by one of our own then. The relationship we have built over the years is one of mutual respect, admiration and loyalty. He is someone we trust completely, and his approach to working with artists and talent aligns with how we do things here--professional, thoughtful, and always in your corner. Jon has been a full member of ACTRA for 17 years. Jon has withdrawn from the union so that he can take on this next role as BG Talent Agent here starting Monday, January 26th, 2026.
This doesn't change how we work with you-it just means we can do even more together. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and proud to have Jon Neville on our team. L.A. Entertainment has always been a big extended family-and for those of you who know Jon-you know that he is someone who puts family first!
